Terms, Policies & Other Responsible-Sounding Things
What I Do
Flight 502 offers high-quality aerial photography and videography for events, real estate, websites, promotional media, and more. If it can be filmed from above, chances are I do it. All footage is captured with professional-grade DJI Mavic Air 2 drone in 4K resolution.
Currency
All pricing is listed in U.S. dollars (USD). No surprise conversions or international mystery fees here.
Payment & Security
Payments are processed through Venmo or cash. Venmo transactions will come with minor additional fees.
The customer will be billed once the final edited project is completed. An invoice will be mailed or Venmo request will be sent to the customer at that time. Agreement on the method and timing of payment will be settled before the shoot begins.
Refunds, Reschedules, and All That Jazz
I understand life happens. If you need to reschedule a shoot, let me know at least 48 hours in advance — no charge.
Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a partial fee depending on the prep work already done.
Refunds are handled case-by-case but always fairly. If I mess something up, I’ll make it right.
For digital media work, once footage is delivered and approved, refunds are generally not available — but edits or revisions may be.
Shipping Policy
I don’t ship physical products at this time. (Unless someday I decide to sell Flight 502 hats. Who knows.)
Legal Restrictions
I follow FAA rules and local airspace laws. If a job can’t be done legally or safely, I won’t do it.
And just to be clear: I don’t fly over prisons, military bases, or any other places that would put me on a government watchlist.
Insurance
I'm covered with a $500,000 liability policy that protects against property damage and bodily injury in case anything unexpected happens with the drone.
Promotions & Deals
Sometimes I offer discounts, packages, or promotions. All terms for those will be spelled out clearly when offered — no small print shenanigans.
Right to Refuse Service
I reserve the right to respectfully decline any project or service request for any reason — including but not limited to safety concerns, legality, scheduling conflicts, or if the request just doesn’t align with what Flight 502 offers. I aim to be accommodating and helpful, but also responsible and selective to ensure the best outcome for everyone.
Privacy Policy
I take privacy seriously. Any personal information (like your name, email, project details) is used only to do business with you. I never sell, rent, or trade your info. Your trust is important.
Data Security
All payment data is transmitted securely via Venmo or cash. I do not store your card data on my servers or anywhere else.
